The wildlife tourism in South India is rich in splendid national parks and wildlife sanctuaries. From UNESCO-recognized Western Ghats to the dense and glorious Nilgiris, every place is unique and beautiful in its own way and we are short of words to describe it. It has different kinds of eco-system which are rich in flora and fauna.

The forests of down south are a natural habitat for many important animals like Tigers and Elephants. During the trip, you get to visit popular wildlife reserves like Wayanad, Nagarhole, Bandipur, Mudumalai, BR Hills, etc.

Day 1: Bangalore (Arrive)

Meet our representative on arrival at Bangalore Airport who will transfer you to hotel. Do the check in formalities on arrival. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Bangalore – Nagarhole National Park (220 kms)

After breakfast drive to Nagarhole National Park. Nagarhole National Park is located in Mysore District. It was the hunting ground of Mysore Maharaja,s. It came in to the existence in 1955 as a Wildlife Sanctuary which was later promoted to National Park in 1988.  On arrival check in to the hotel. Later in afternoon do the jeep safari in the park. Overnight stay.

Day 3: Nagarhole National Park

Early morning enjoy the wildlife viewing in the park or do the Coracle ride on the Kabini River. Enjoy an evening jeep ride or an Elephant ride into the Nagarhole jungle. Bengal Tiger, Indial Leopard, Sloth Bear, Hyena, Samber Deer, Barkung Deer, Gaur and Bengal Tigers are the animal in this park which you can spot during the Safari. Come back to resort for overnight stay.

Day 4: Nagarhole National Park – BR Hills

After breakfast drive to BR Hills. BR Hill is the short name of Biligiriranga Hills. Its and famous wildlife Sanctuary which declared Tiger Reserve in 2011 by the Karnataka Govt. BR Hill is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna. The hills are covered with more than 800 species of plant life, including scrub, dry deciduous, moist deciduous, shola forests and montane grasslands and some medicinal plants. On arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 5: BR Hills

After breakfast spend one more day for wildlife viewing and strenuous bird watching by jeep and Elephant Safari. Overnight stay.

Day 6: BR Hills – Bandipur National Park (100 kms)

Today drive to Bandipur National Park. Bandipur is one of the main National Park in southern region. It has an area over 874 sq kms. Bandipur has enough numbers of tiger. Apart from the tiger Sambhar, Chital, Mouse Deer, Wild Dogs, Wild Boar, Jackal, Sloth Bear, Panther are the other animals which you can spot during the jeep safari. On arrival check in to the Resort. Later as per the pre schedule to the evening Jeep Safari. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Bandipur National Park

Today as per schedule enjoy the game ride in the park for Wildlife viewing. Overnight stay.

Day 8: Bandipur National Park – Ooty (80 kms)

An early morning drive to Ooty. On arrival check in to the hotel. Later do the sightseeing tour of Ooty, visit the beautiful botanical garden designed in 1847. Visit the shores of Lake Ooty, where you can enjoy the boating, Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiri mountains (2,623 m.) Zotanical Garden, A variety of exotic and ornamental plants adorn this garden. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9: Ooty – Mudumalai (70 kms)

After breakfast drive to Mudumalai Wild Life Sanctuary. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Later in afternoon enjoy the Safari the Sanctuary. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Mudumalai – Wayanad (94 kms)

After breakfast drive to Wayand. Wayanad has an area of 344 sq kms. It came in the existence in 1973 when it was declared Wildlife sanctuary. The Sanctuary is the home of variety of animals. Elephants, Deer, Bonnet Macaques, Bison, Monkeys, Sambhar, Malabar Squirrel and beer can be spotted in the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary. Apart from this presence of big, cats, Panther also has been noticed in this region. On arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 11: Wayanad

After breakfast do the Safari in the Sanctuary to spot the animals. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 12: Wayanad – Bangalore (270 kms) 6/7 hours drive

After breakfast drive to Bangalore International Airport. Here board your international flight for onward destination. Tour End.

    Wonderful tour to South India. I am wildlife lover. There were excellent sighting in Bandipur and Kabini.
